Your reception area needs an actual person to welcome in customers. I only noticed a bell sitting on the table obscured by magazines AFTER I called out, "Hello, is there anybody here?" The repair folks were busy working on equipment in their work area. Other than the discombobulated reception area, the two attendees were friendly and prompt.

Everyone at NuMotion is FANTASTIC! Karyssa and Jackie have been totally on top of it. Karyssa keeps me informed about insurance and what to expect next, and Jackie is a pleasure to work with. Daniel delivered my new wheelchair to me and made sure I was safe, and that I understood everything about it. All of them always welcome me to contact them with any questions or concerns. I recommend NuMotion to anyone who needs mobility equipment from a knowledgeable and fun team!!

As far as scheduling it was worst ever! I had to wait almost 5 months or a little longer to get my chair repaired. The mechanic that came out to repair the chair was 😊!!!!
Numotion scheduled his arm rest to be replaced from his wheelchair . Numotion scheduled the replacement at the beginning of August. They did not show up nor did I get a call.
