Numotion in Omaha Ne is one of the worst company to deal with. The customers service is awful at best and trying to get a repair in a a timely manner is even more ridiculous. My son who recently received a new chair had issues that kept him from being able to go to work when calling to get someone to repair the problem the soonest someone could come out was a waiting period of one week and even then the technician did not know how to repair the problem, we have had several other issues but this review would turn into a novel... read more
