Grateful to the crew and John for working on Kennedy's Wheelchair. The front office, Devan, is always and willing to help with routine or emergency service scheduling. Great group of folks at the Louisville location. It’s hard to understand and schedule appointments with those at the “central scheduling hub”. Personally knowing and working through a local office can make such a difference in time of need. Waiting through a query is not ideal! Had an in home appointment. The field technician, Dereke, did an excellent job. He explained the process, answered questions, quickly repaired the chair, and saved us from having to get unnecessary work done.
