Our salesperson Cindy has been fantastic from the time she visited my mom to get her sized for delivery to when she came back and made some adjustments to make it easier to use. Devon continually kept us updated on the status of the order and was persistent in getting the necessary information from the doctor. The delivery person was very patient with Mom and helped 'train' her on how to use it and made her feel more at ease about using something new to her.
