Our salesperson Cindy has been fantastic from the time she visited my mom to get her sized for delivery to when she came back and made some adjustments to make it easier to use. Devon continually kept us updated on the status of the order and was persistent in getting the necessary information from the doctor. The delivery person was very patient with Mom and helped 'train' her on how to use it and made her feel more at ease about using something new to her. Mike sivori is a professional. He taught me how to use my chair in Ways that I didn’t know for my health.. he’s very personable

Be more upfront about the cost !!! I was told one thing and you did another and dropped off equipment that did not work the day you dropped it off !!! And still want to charge me for that , I will never use you and I will strongly advise other people not to use this company as well , and I am going to also go to our local news stations about this .

This is second time in past few months where appointment time was totally disregarded by Numotion. Showing up several hours before the scheduled block of appointment time is not appropriate. Several factors are at play, both parents work full time, child(patient/customer) is at school, etc. Just frustrating to request a certain time and then twice in a row it was just not followed. Worked out but in the future I am certain that your delivery person will find no one home.
