The NuMotion tech who completed my work order was not only polite/kind.. but helped with other concerns with my chair unrelated to my work order. He took time to explain in detail how to work my arm supports and tweaked this until they were easy to unlock, raise and lower. And helped me understand what I was doing wrong never making me feel less of a person. Very knowledgeable, proficient and kind. This guy was amazing.

Insanely slow service. This was experienced in both Wichita and Topeka. The service person has always been fine. Timing is important when an individual depends on a power chair for cooking, laundry, and housekeeping.

Chris with NuMotion replaced my joystick & gave me back my independence! He was very quick and efficient and answered all our questions. One of the best NuMotion experiences I've ever had. He sure knows what he's doing!

Mario, the tech who worked on my powerchair is the best field tech at the Kansas City office. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and addresses any concerns about the equipment that I might have without hesitation. I can only hope that Numotion can keep him around.
