Everything went wonderfully. Learned everything to use her motorized chair. They made it on time even in bad weather.

These people have probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took a full month to get my chair serviced. The service techs themselves were fantastic. I believe they went the extra mile to make me happy and, in the end, fixed my chair. The folks at the 888 number, on the other hand are idiots. Each time I called they went through the same script wanting my Dr's name,,number and insurance information. This clearly was a warranty problem that needed to be covered and fixed.
