I live in a pretty rural place but Numotion was able to come out and repair my Permobil chair pretty quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and polite and kept us informed throughout the process.

Other then it took from June 2025 to November 2025 for the order to be competed and my mom to get her wheelchair the service reps we're very nice to deal with. One signature held the order up until I the daughter stepped in and asked what took so long. Even after finding out about the signature, it still took time getting it. Once it was delivered the service men was very nice to my mom and me. The chair is amazing!
