Mike let us know when he would arrive, and arrived at that time. He was very courteous and polite. He was thorough in his measurements and questions. He was responsive to concerns and very good at explaining what features will be on the wheelchair and why.
The young lady was helpful and knowledgeable. We were impressed and pleased with her. The only gripe I would have is how long it takes to get services scheduled. Thank you guys!
