Everything was awesome! Michael answered my questions and explained the process of fitting for my new chair. He and Kelly wanted to ensure I had the best fit for me. They were easy to talk to and understood what being in a wheelchair was like. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Mike let us know when he would arrive, and arrived at that time. He was very courteous and polite. He was thorough in his measurements and questions. He was responsive to concerns and very good at explaining what features will be on the wheelchair and why.
