From the time the ATP came for the initial evaluation until delivery of the wheelchair took too long, Sept 27, 2023 with delivery on April 19, 2024. When delivered it did not have the correct seat back. Everything else was fine and Jason made the appropriate adjustments and the correct seat back is supposed to be ordered.

My appointment with Kenny was great. He is a very compassionate and caring man. He is also very detailed and he made sure to document all the features that I needed in the power chair. He was really patient and thorough.

The initial consultation with Aaron was great. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He listened and then helped plan the best features for my needs.
