The physical therapist were professional, listened to my needs, asked questions , gave me recommendations and answered my questions I had about options. Overall very satisfied with their care.
From the time the ATP came for the initial evaluation until delivery of the wheelchair took too long, Sept 27, 2023 with delivery on April 19, 2024. When delivered it did not have the correct seat back. Everything else was fine and Jason made the appropriate adjustments and the correct seat back is supposed to be ordered.
Numotion has come through for us often on for the past 10 years! They put the customers first. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable about products. I suggest all of my friends or family who needs assistance. Give them a call.
My appointment with Kenny was great. He is a very compassionate and caring man. He is also very detailed and he made sure to document all the features that I needed in the power chair. He was really patient and thorough.
