Fresno office does it again! I got a call from the technician advising me that he was in my area. Nikolas introduced himself with an upbeat attitude. He told me it would take about 20 minutes to install the new batteries. Right on time. Nikolas keeps his work area clean & tidy, leaving no mess behind. They were very detailed doing the evaluation. Took lots of measurements of myself for proper fitting as well as doorways and rooms to make sure chair would fit in my apartment & be able to turn. Explained the process & insurance well.
