Stop violating Medicare compliance by requiring 20% co-pay prior to ordering or servicing. This is a delay in care. You can only refuse ordering or servicing IF you are due a deductible. Checking Medicare via provider portal or contractor / provider line will confirm you must bill Medicare first prior to charging co-pay. Harassing patients for money first violates Medicare compliance and patient rights. Shame on you. Formal complaints are in the works.
