Service Tech Justin gave us an estimate of his ETA and it was spot on - he was very professional, but extremely personable, while installing the headrest mount and answered all the questions my son had. Find more Justin's to employ please.
The tech replaced the motors per warranty & went over other issues and was repaired them.
