Although it’s a lengthy process, insurance and pre-authorization takes the longest, it was well worth the wait!! Ilan came to my home, measured me and all my doorways, entryways and the measurements were just spot on!! I love the extra mobility without relying on others to push/pull me in a traditional wheelchair and the energy I save from the motorized chair has helped so much!!
