My new Quickie Nitrum is the most comfortable chair I have ever had. I love having the support of the Invacare Matrx backrest. It really helps me sit up straighter.
Service Tech was very nice. Replacement batteries were wrong size but he said no problem he will be back. I also asked for a new back cushion and he said he would check. Very thorough, good visit.

We have been using NuMotion for over 15 years for my son's equipment. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with. In the last 3 years, they have ordered every single item wrong or put inferior parts in my sons equipment. They have yet to keep an appointment and calling them is a waste of time (no one answers). They have skipped three scheduled appointments with no communication and the manager left while he knew I was waiting on hold to talk with him.
