Promptness in getting wheel chair was a5, but a couple of components on wheel chair I hope get corrected is the leverage on handle to push( need a longer extended handle) and the straps for vest is not as convenient as last one … when he wears winter clothing the ear if loosening and tightening straps is not as convenient as previous straps . Positives: quick availability, the foot plates, and the upper release handles to maneuver seat in positions.

Troy was extremely knowledgeable as usual. My chair is back to fully operational without flashing errors. He was ver helpful regarding the planned enhancement to my chair and I’m looking forward to the change soon.

Dakota did an excellent job keeping the appointment when he was already delayed at a prior job and did excellent work installing the wheelchair batteries and delivering the lift battery and charging unit. The scheduling process was not smooth as the lady insisted on a 12-4pm arrival for an hour visit time/ availability time when Phil does not get home before 1:30pm and sometimes 2pm, which I told the lady. Another lady had to schedule a shorter time for the lift, since not installing just delivering them, and the wheelchair ... read more
