Troy was extremely knowledgeable as usual. My chair is back to fully operational without flashing errors. He was ver helpful regarding the planned enhancement to my chair and I’m looking forward to the change soon.

Dakota did an excellent job keeping the appointment when he was already delayed at a prior job and did excellent work installing the wheelchair batteries and delivering the lift battery and charging unit. The scheduling process was not smooth as the lady insisted on a 12-4pm arrival for an hour visit time/ availability time when Phil does not get home before 1:30pm and sometimes 2pm, which I told the lady. The time it took to get service for my broken wheelchair was far too long. You need to find a way to provide faster repair service!
