Hello my name is Garland Smith the new Motion in Bossier City delivered my new chair yesterday and it was wonderful the technician was so nice and professional he took about two and a half hours to show me everything that the chair did and did not do and make sure I was comfortable with it and the service team that answered the phone was also very nice and very professional and kept me informed on where and how my chair was coming and called me on the day of delivery and hope that I enjoyed it and if I had any problems pleas... read more

Scott was courteous as always and very thorough explaining measurements, etc. for my next power wheelchair. This will be my third wheelchair from NuMotion Bossier City and I always have good service from them.

Well the repair man was very pleasant a nice but dealing with most of the people r horrible a don’t do their job!! Also the products ur putting on these bariatric chairs r crap an y’all should be ashamed to have sick people who have to sit in there chair all day while having such cheap products!!
