Very easy to deal with and always available to answer all my questions. I needed a piece of equipment and they sent a representative to meet me at my doctors appointment. He talked to the doctor and physical therapist and filled out all the necessary paperwork. He knew exactly what medical terms to use and explained to my doctor exactly what we needed to get insurance approval. These guys are the real deal. They are thorough, professional, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also, very understanding of a client's needs in every respect. Can't imagine how anyone could go wrong working with these folks. I've been impressed from the opening phone call to set-up of the delivered product.
I got my new chair today. Love it! It is so much better than my old one. I love that I can raise the chair so that I can reach and see things on the stove. I can get things out of the cabinets. It gives me more independence. The delivery person was so helpful in explaining the new features and about the cushion. I am so happy with it!! Thank you!!
