Lincoln was terrific. Was right on time. Showed me what the problem with my arm rest was and what had caused the problem then fixed it with the new parts he brought with him. His advice to periodically call service to have things checked made sense. He was courteous and professional

Brett is outstanding. He did everything he could to help get parts ordered and followed up on status. When he came to install parts on a Friday afternoon, he brought a loaner and also took our chair to house and “Worked on it Friday Night and Saturday Night”. His time off. He even offered to drop it off on Sunday. WOW! Please acknowledge Brett as he exemplifies what true customer service means in a world were very little emphasis is given to truly providing great customer service. BRET DID IT! Thanks BRET!
