Brett is outstanding. He did everything he could to help get parts ordered and followed up on status. When he came to install parts on a Friday afternoon, he brought a loaner and also took our chair to house and “Worked on it Friday Night and Saturday Night”. His time off. He even offered to drop it off on Sunday. WOW! Please acknowledge Brett as he exemplifies what true customer service means in a world were very little emphasis is given to truly providing great customer service. BRET DID IT! Thanks BRET!

They delivered the chair with no problems It now needs service and it will be done shortly. Only problem was getting a new back. Had the chair since October and still the new back has not arrived. Apparently, some type of mix-up. Overall, good service.

Ben was my technician. He was professional and very nice. He sent a text prior to his arrival giving me time to be ready for him. When he arrived he performed the repair on my wheelchair. I appreciated his service and Numotion customer service.
