Even thought it took forever to receive my order. Once I did Chuck and Jamil.( I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly) Both amazing working with my chair . Did not let me leave until all was properly adjusted. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Very professional repair
The rep was very caring and compassionate. He cared about my needs and worked to get my chair in a timely manner. He was very thorough explaining how to use the chair when it arrived.
Very timely and efficient.
Don’t take 2 months to come out and fix it would be first. This is the third time someone has come out to fix the same thing on a chair that isn’t a year old.

The wheelchair that I finally received appears to be fine, taking eight months to get the prescription honored, especially for a wheelchair, seems very irresponsible.
