The repairman (Ron) who came to our house to do the repairs was great. He kept me informed on his arrival time, maintained a very professional attitude and did a great job installing the supports on my chair arms. However, it took from January to September to get NuMotion to order these supports, doctor appointments, unreturned calls and lack of good service communication. The order for repair of my daughter’s chair took weeks to schedule but as usual the actual repair was quick and well done. Lazaro, the technician, is excellent at troubleshooting and diagnosing any issues. I trust him completely. While waiting for the appointment to fix a previous problem, her chair malfunctioned, completely shut down.
