Tony was the technician that came by and adjusted the standard and answered every question that we had and took his time to ensure that we knew how to use my new standard properly. He went above and beyond answering all the questions that we had I would highly recommend and would want to to come back if we have any Questions or things that we might need for our standard

This was my first experience in the process of getting a wheelchair. The team that worked with me made me feel comfortable to ask any question I had. They also made me feel safe as I was processing the rollercoaster of feelings far and emotions that come along with needing a wheelchair. I appreciated their patience. It was fun to pick a color for my wheelchair.

My service guy, Nate, was patient, competent, and clever. My chair arrived quickly and is lovely. We had to send the seat back, however this looks to be a smooth process. Overall a good experience!
