This was my first experience in the process of getting a wheelchair. The team that worked with me made me feel comfortable to ask any question I had. They also made me feel safe as I was processing the rollercoaster of feelings far and emotions that come along with needing a wheelchair. I appreciated their patience. It was fun to pick a color for my wheelchair.

My service guy, Nate, was patient, competent, and clever. My chair arrived quickly and is lovely. We had to send the seat back, however this looks to be a smooth process. Overall a good experience!

No call backs.. I’ve had to repeatedly call.. leave messages and rude when hanging up.. you’ll hear just a click..I’ve used this company in the past and thought highly of employees.. it’s not the same ..
