The chair was too wide due to the wheels.
The technicians are terrific. I give them 5 stars. Dealing with phone Operator in the Philippines is a pain. Every phone call requires me to give them my phone number date of birth and mailing address before they will talk to me. Trying to get a simple question asked from a technician That requires to make an appointment for a technician. What kind of customer service is that? The lounge chairs in the waiting room are great if you are an able-bodied person, but it is impossible to transfer into or out of a wheelchair.
I had a new back for my chair and a new seat sling. The new seat sling did not match up to holes so August had to order a different. He did put the new back on however he installed it too far forword
