Faster service visits
It took over 12 weeks to solve my problem. My ill worky joy stick called pain in my left arm, which still exists. The service of the repair man was good, but the event of getting to that point was not good.

The “Michael” tech that delivered the equipment was rude and on camera commented on the amount of money he saw in the house. I think he needs to focus on his job and not the family’s income when visiting houses. He also left and the equipment is too small for the client and the frame bends down while attempting to use it.
