The seating system is working well overall. However, there were a few issues during the appointment: 1. The appointment location was incorrect, which resulted in an additional one-hour wait. 2. The seat did not include a cutout to accommodate Gabby’s leg length discrepancy; fortunately, this was resolved by modifying the seat. 3. The screws needed to secure the seat back were not available, requiring a trip to the store to purchase them. 4. Probably one of the best and one of the few favorable reviews I've given NuMotion over the past 6 years. The tech (M) I won't write her name, is awesome. She is very knowledgeable, professional and always on time and very efficient. Great experience the last 2 visits, but they have been with her specifically. She need RECOGNIZED by the company!

Hello,My new chair is very complex.Im so grateful to the Numotion technician Chris,he is amazing,kind,and so very patient.Chris took great care of my chair and explained everything he was doing,Chris made sure I was comfortable and knew how to use my chair before he left,Chris also worked very well with the OT.Thank you Chris and numotion for giving me a way to be with my family,friends and a part of my community.JEWood
