Justin Thompson did my assessment and was very helpful. He also explained about the power chair that I had for five years.I have had several techs do repairs in previous years and they have not explained items like Justin explained them to me! Numotions should show their appreciation to him for being an outstanding employee and the knowledge he possesses is very valuable in my experience with other techs from Numotions.
