Jordan was quick and efficient. He answered my questions and explained features about my chair that I didn't know. I'm very impressed with being able to evaluate what my chair needs via the camera on my cell phone, thus saving a trip out to determine the problem before ordering the parts and making the repair. Plus, NuMotion did a great job keeping me apprised every step of the way via texting and emails.

People are very nice and the work done is very good.. However, the automated communication system is terrible. You need to be able to talk to a person in your location that knows more than what is on the computer screen. The only thing that keeps us from changing is that the competition is no better. We have been with NuMotion for over 20 year and this service reminds me of the old BMV.. Very bad. Fix the communication system!
