I had concerns with evaluator being on the phone. Andrea was quite proficient at keeping the evaluation relevant and thorough. Kudos to all, Josh, Andy and Andrea.. with Andrea, I feel certain we will have a final product to fit my needs.

Cory did excellent was early and on time. Was patient explaining the wheelchair and letting Samuel try it out. He adjusted the armrest because Samuel’s body was leaning which helped. Great product

It took 11 months to order a seat cushion, ordered incorrect part 3x.
I first contacted Nu Motion on Fen 25 2024 about the chairs charging problems.. A couple months later I contacted Nu Motion to check on progress of the claim.. They told me insurance problems.. I contacted insurance to get the situation fixed.. A month later I contacted .. to make a longer than necisary story short.. June 3rd 2024 im fixed.... The problem to me seems to be a failure in communicating and following up... I would have done more sooner if I knew I needed to do more sooner...
