Bradley was so j Knowledgeable and thorough not to mention a really nice guy. He did a comprehensive evaluation, informed me of the many options available and directed me towards what would be appropriate for my optimum wheelchair. I have every confidence that I’ll end up with a chair customized for my needs.
Terrible customer service. One department does not know what the other department is doing or has done.Took more than a month to get their act together and order some basic parts. Took weeks for them to correctly calculate the correct co-pay after I told them that the amount on the invoice they wanted me to pay upfront was approximately $300 higher than my share (i’ve used a wheelchair for more than 30 years and a lot of experience, dealing with numerous vendors in multiple states ).
