I’m really disappointed with the service that I’ve received from the Florida team relative to what I was accustomed to from their Columbus, Ohio team. Simple procedures are taking much longer and additional steps are needed all along the way. Their staff arriving at my home have been great, but the customer service team has been very difficult to work with on simple repairs and requests.
