I’m really disappointed with the service that I’ve received from the Florida team relative to what I was accustomed to from their Columbus, Ohio team. Simple procedures are taking much longer and additional steps are needed all along the way. Their staff arriving at my home have been great, but the customer service team has been very difficult to work with on simple repairs and requests. Bradley was so j Knowledgeable and thorough not to mention a really nice guy. He did a comprehensive evaluation, informed me of the many options available and directed me towards what would be appropriate for my optimum wheelchair. I have every confidence that I’ll end up with a chair customized for my needs.
Terrible customer service. One department does not know what the other department is doing or has done.Took more than a month to get their act together and order some basic parts. Took weeks for them to correctly calculate the correct co-pay after I told them that the amount on the invoice they wanted me to pay upfront was approximately $300 higher than my share (i’ve used a wheelchair for more than 30 years and a lot of experience, dealing with numerous vendors in multiple states ). This company sucks big time and they handle everything illegally. Every company sends everything without showing what items it is and what is it. This company sends everything showing the whole world what you’re getting. Even the delivery guy knows what he is dropping off at your door step because they don’t hide anything. It is illegal what they do and they keep doing it. Fuck you and you are the worse service there is. You will get a lawsuit for all your wrongs.
