Staff was very friendly. They were there to help you along the way. Dr. Tooma made the process very simple. Everything was efficient and I was thoroughly informed. I’m happy I picked nvision!
I was "EXTREMELY " impressed with the doctor(s) and all of your support staff. I have already recommended you guys to 3 of my co-workers/friends.
Your website does not provide either a fax # or even general email addresses ("records & billing" or "customer service" or "general info, etc.) which is what caused me to need portal access tonite. Concerning ONLY the patient portal, specifically "creating an account": or my inability to do so because neither option applied to me. I have "patient portal" access with all my other providers who offer it and none were this difficult to establish.

I would refer a friend here because I had great help in the past....20 years ago when I had lasik the results were great. But I have not had very good or even hoped for results after cataract surgery. My right eye has gray hazy areas that move up and around and across my vision. My left eye has a flashing light in the center of my vision that comes and goes seemingly depending on the light around me. Poor care coordination from one appointment to the next.
I felt more like at a dealership trying to buy a car that in a medical office.. I took an appointment 2 weeks later than the earliest available only because that was the first available to see Dr Tooma, but yet he was not available and I ended up spending 99% of my consultation time with the technician and alone in the office while they put me to watch an advertisement video about nvision.. I was planning to just see this place and go ahead and get the lasik done here and be over with it since my optometrists recommended me ... read more

I was extremely nervous getting lasik and was so happy to be done with surgery and wake up with perfect vision, but that didn’t happen. Instead i woke up with very blurry vision. When i had my follow up they told me the kind of astigmatism i had was harder to fix and this often happens. However NOBODY cared to mention this to me prior to surgery.
