Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and taken back for my appointment right away. Everyone at this office is friendly, personable and professional. Loved the Doctor who checked my eyes. I have never had such a thorough eye exam. Looking forward to my surgery next week!
Very good service and equipments
NVISION Care Center Newport Beach was a welcoming contemporary setting. All the staff I met over my visit were helpful and so friendly. The whole experience made me feel good and at ease about the decision to have lasik eye surgery.
Dr. Tru (I know the spelling is wrong, sorry!) is always so caring and concerned. She is excellent in her attentiveness and abilities to discern. And Lisa is also very caring and concerned. Thank you both for your kindness!
Caring and knowledgeable staff, made me feel at ease every step of the process. The facility is very pleasant, a mix of high-tech and soothing decor. Every detail in this office is thoroughly planned. This kind of persistent perfection is why I anticipate a great experience on the day of my Lasix surgery. I was quite pleased with the customer service that I received at your facility. The individual ( Dawn ) that gave me the tests was very good and answered any questions that I asked her regarding the tests that she was doing. I thought the exam I received was very thorough and Dr. Rowen explained completely what she noticed regarding my eye sight. The whole experience was exceptional and I was impressed with the amount of testing that was done on my eyes.
