I went to see this office as it was recommended by my Ophthalmologist. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable, I could not decide what I wanted or needed, so I had additional tests done to determine my needs. I had Surgery now about a week ago and it has changed my life drastically. It is the first time in over ten years where I am able to see far away without glasses and can do computer work or reading at a regular distance. Professional and courteous staff. Even when an issue that came up on my scheduled procedure (while I was on the actual table), Dr. Tooma and the rest of the staff help me feel calm. Unfortunately, I did have to be rescheduled but I didn't feel any real hesitation about going back to finish the procedure.
Dr. Trienu was very personable, knowledgeable and explained the procedure very well. Dr Tooma, Dr Trienu and their staff are exceptional!
Shawna MacMullin is a valuable customer service asset to your organization. Her people skills defused my irritation with her kindness, professionalism and humor! My irritation was that on your paperwork it showed your old address of 3 years ago. In my efforts to be on time I was delayed in going to the wrong location which is now an Infertility office.
