RecommendedThe customer service at Oak Bay Beach Hotel, from the first phone call, through our entire stay and when we regretfully said goodbye to the doorman was OUTSTANDING!! Every person was exceptionally friendly and professional! The cleaning staff, the pool attendants, room service, front desk and reservations were unbelievably friendly, welcoming, helpful and cheerful. The staff really made us feel welcome. The only suggestion for families is children cannot use the pool so it's probably not the best place for families. But ... read more

RecommendedMy husband and I had the opportunity to stay here the past three days and nights as he had work in Oak Bay. My husband’s client booked us into this amazing hotel. Blissfully quiet and the pool/hot tub was so awesome. Staff here are respectful and friendly, we definitely want to return. We were offered a room upgrade with a amazing view and it was like a amazing apartment, we could definitely live in it permanently. RecommendedHad a wonderful staycation here! The rooms are lovely and well appointed. Appreciated the little things like having dishes and a cutting board in the room. Ours had a big soaker tub too, which was very relaxing. The pool and hot tub area is gorgeous, with Covid only one bubble is allowed in a hot tub at a time so there is a sign up sheet during busier times to book your 15 minute slot which works well.
