RecommendedFabulous stay in a beautiful boutique suite with an incredible view of the lovely grounds and ocean! The staff, service, amenities and location of this hotel are all unparalleled - this is absolutely my favourite place to visit and stay in Victoria. I love The Snug, their wonderful pub and restaurant with the best deck in Victoria! No question about it, we will be back !

RecommendedAmazingly lovely hotel with a mineral pool - we actually were in it with a medical patient there for therapy. Great service, rooms very well appointed I highly recommend and we for sure are going again. SRF
RecommendedThis hotel was not bad. The best thing it has going for it is the location in oak bay and the breathtaking views. Staff was very nice, and the grounds were very well maintained. The only real complaint that I have is for a 4 star-hotel their should be a better food menu. The cocktails � were very watery, and tasteless. To sum it up the food is comparable to 7 eleven, but the hotel itself is not bad.
