Dr. Lundeen Is Truly AMAZING. She Had Been Treating Our Family's Dog For The Last Few Years, She's Performed Two Successful Surgeries On Our Shitzu In The Last 2 Years. Unfortunately She Recently Went Into Heart Failure And Her Meds Stopped Working. So We Had To Make The Decision To Do What Was Best And Make Her Comfortable. Today She Flew Up To Doggy Heaven. My dog has been in multiple times for many issues one of which was Cushing's Disease which they failed to diagnose and my wife did.He also has a mass which has been increasing in size which they blew off and told us it was a fatty mass.My Dachshund is currently being taken to the Emergency Center in Bettendorf after this mass burst tonight.I would say if you want to be overcharged for marginal to poor service then this is the place for you.Oh I forgot,they lost his blood samples and could never give us a firm date on when we... read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! We had our sweet yorkie, Cooper, brought in for a "routine" kidney stone removal. After being reassured numerous times that this was a normal procedure, we brought him in and expected a phone call when they were done operating. About 5 hours had passed and we hadn't heard anything. Finally we get a phone call (around 3pm) saying Cooper died of cardiac arrest around noon. Why wait 3 hours to call? They are staffed with incompetent 'vets' who must have done inappropriate things to pass school since they sure as hell are clueless with their dx and tx of animals. Very disappointed in the care my beloved dog received. There is a lack of care to determine what is truly wrong with your pet. They run tons of tests but not the right ones that would allow your pet to be saved. They also dismiss you when you call to express concern over your pet not progressing. I lost my sweet and perfect dog and Oak Knoll is to blame.
