Technicians eavesdropped on our private conversations after leaving the room knowing that my wife and I were unsatisfied with her glib repetitive answers to different questions. Then the doctor accused me of being in the wrong, without asking me or my wife what happened. Also, on top of that unprofessional behavior, they included their tilted view of the situation into my dogs medical records. Petty people who only care about their employees feelings.

Great until they want to charge you for extra exams for a shot even though you are still within your yearly exam time frame. No thank you, we will be going elsewhere from now on.
After multiple negative experiences with me and my family, we are switching Vets. This place has gone down hill 100% since Greiner left. Used to be the only place I’d trust with my pets, now I do not trust them at all. Very unprofessional comments from techs as well.

Dr. Lundeen Is Truly AMAZING. She Had Been Treating Our Family's Dog For The Last Few Years, She's Performed Two Successful Surgeries On Our Shitzu In The Last 2 Years. Unfortunately She Recently Went Into Heart Failure And Her Meds Stopped Working. So We Had To Make The Decision To Do What Was Best And Make Her Comfortable. Today She Flew Up To Doggy Heaven. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! We had our sweet yorkie, Cooper, brought in for a "routine" kidney stone removal. After being reassured numerous times that this was a normal procedure, we brought him in and expected a phone call when they were done operating. About 5 hours had passed and we hadn't heard anything. Finally we get a phone call (around 3pm) saying Cooper died of cardiac arrest around noon. Why wait 3 hours to call?
