Great specials on the oil changes and love that they don't hassle you to death every time you go in for service with the common "you need this and that" grief.
Friendly and knowledgeable associates
There's a recall on my Kicks. I told them about it when I was checking in and they said they would check it. I ask and as I didn't see where it was done and they said it probably didn't apply to my vehicle When you check the NHSA by vin it says there's a recall
They did what we took the vehicle for, but even though we had an appointment we still had to wait a few hours.
I drive from Sevier County to Oak Ridge because I am always treated like they really appreciate my loyalty. Always very helpful buy never pushy to get things they suggest my car needs.
