I've called or emailed 5 times about my a/c and each time they said it was fixed, but it's not. It's been 85 degrees in my apartment since June. My electric bill was almost 250 dollars. The maintenance man said he was going to "call somebody" this time.
The situation was not fixed and my air still Doesn’t work on top of that my floor is starting to come and I’ve only been there for 5 months.
My air conditioner isn't working. I called about it two days ago and they sent the maintenance person who said he fixed it but didn't. Also, I've never been late on rent once but my rent was raised last time I signed a new lease. Supposedly everyone's rent went up. But it still has the same rent from last year listed on the website. I think I'm being charged extra rent because I have a service animal. And charging people $550 for blinds when they're already low income and struggling is crazy.
