I got charged for wear and tear and stuff that was already supposed to have gotten fixed almost a year ago when I moved out. It started to have bacteria growth aka mold in my storage and daughter’s room and ruined things and they don’t even try to compensate me for over $500 dollars worth of stuff that had gotten damaged.
