I been without aircondition for almost 10 days
Nobody came to fix it. But put in the system it was fixed
First night at Oakdale having my own place after a long time and I honestly could say I am happy with my unit and wish I had done this sooner. Thank you so much.

Things with maintenance could be better but I understand that being under staffed is an issue however I don’t believe it is necessary to come in and change filters and spray once a month a filter can be changed every 60 days! Also the chemicals attracted bugs . Me being OCD feel that the way it’s sprayed is unnecessary it’s on the floor and the amount is unacceptable for me to just leave it there so I do not wish to have any chemicals in my house that I pay rent for I should be able to have some say about certain things I’m ... read more
The apts.. are nice but the noise ordinance needs to be more forceful, and the patio the paint around the patio has not been finished .
I got charged for wear and tear and stuff that was already supposed to have gotten fixed almost a year ago when I moved out. It started to have bacteria growth aka mold in my storage and daughter’s room and ruined things and they don’t even try to compensate me for over $500 dollars worth of stuff that had gotten damaged. Forgot to say, 2 people in. My building moved early because their apartment was covered in mold. Makes me paranoid and always on guard, so all my stuff doesn't get ruined.
Lived here almost 2 years, brand new apartments, garbage everywhere, kids with no supervision wreaking havoc, they beat things with baseball bats, set of fire crackers at midnight, break sampling trees down, kick other people's doors and run. People don't pick up after their dogs, so there's dog poop every where. People have pit bulls, when lease says pets 20 pounds and under. Will leave at the end of my lease. I've called or emailed 5 times about my a/c and each time they said it was fixed, but it's not. It's been 85 degrees in my apartment since June. My electric bill was almost 250 dollars. The maintenance man said he was going to "call somebody" this time.
