This was my first time at the Oakley Self Storage and it was a quick and easy experience. The facility is very clean and accommodating. The lobby had coffee and popcorn for you while you were waiting and the staff was more than helpful. I was helped by Ricky and he knew his stuff and got me the unit I needed for a great price. I highly recommend this business.

Very clean facilit, granted it is new. But it also has some pretty cool perks, like the buildings have ac. So you don't have to worry about your temp. sensitive items getting ruined. Also the inside buildings have music filtered in, even after the office closes. Which I find nice, when I'm rearranging in there. It sometimes will take a bit and its nice to have those tunes. The alarms on each unit is defentley a bonus. I feel confedent that my stuff is secure.

I originally wanted my storage in Brentwood and I wasn't thrilled about the idea of having to store my belongings in Oakley. Even though it's the next town over, I just wanted the convenience of having my storage unit in the same town I live in. I had a wonderful experience at Oakley self storage. Everything went super smooth. Connie at the front desk is amazing. She goes the extra mile no pun intended. I really enjoyed the natural ease she made me feel. It's a stressful time trying to move and she settle my nerves. I really appreciate it. Dylan was also great very helpful and confident. Outstanding customer service! Not only the manager, Connie, was nice and very informative about the process regarding her facility but her staff was also very helpful moving my things! Finally a business that values what the customer wants and needs. I think I was the first person to sign a contract with Oakley Self Storage and did so over the phone due to the manager being so helpful. The facility is very secure and clean. I will recommend this to all of my coworkers and customers.

There is a rodent infestation going on. There was no communication at all until I notice mouse poop. I think they just don't want no one to know. The ladies in the office said I was the only one affected in my area. but I don't agree with that assessment because when I moved out you can see the trail that they used in the back of the unit going into the other units.
