After being led on for weeks that we would receive our deposit back. We got told today we would not be receiving it due to breaking the lease. We gave a 30 day notice and we were moving due to safety issues in the neighborhood and house. We requested for months that our back and front doors be fixed and they weren’t. We paid rent on time for 2 years and had no damages reported on moving out. Also we got written up for other peoples trash in our yard and apparently toys look trashy in the yard also. I remember when I first moved here, 4 years ago the management was horrible. This trailer park has gone thru at least 3 different owners since then. When we had the whole trailer park electric down they hurried around to get everyone back up and running as quickly as they could. Every year our rent goes up, including the year that COVID was happening and the president said that renters and utility company's weren't supposed to raise prices but they did. I am currently in the process of moving to this location and my entire process has been amazing from the start. With every setback, Nellie and Joseph have given multiple solutions as well as openly communicated with us every step of the way. The unit is very nice with new appliances as well as a wonderful neighborhood that feels safe and friendly. I would recommend this location to all of my friends and family looking to move to Stillwater!

I just wanted to say that oakridge has been one of the best places I’ve lived as far as landlords go. Nellie is awesome and she always works with people if they need it. She isn’t like most landlords she truly cares and wants the best for her tenants. Thank you for that and corporate needs to give her a raise like a big one.

2 years with no hvac. My septic backed up into the house. And it was a "new" one. If it weren't for the kindess from Nellie, and Joe, trying to make it a livable place... I'd still be raising hell. Their corporate doesn't care, but their managers do.
