Quick but alot of running and paperwork having to sign multiple pages twice or more apartment was not clean and I had to swipe and clean it

Debby was very helpful & knowledgeable. She goes to great lengths to have an apartment ready for you. . I will say she needs help with cleaning & getting all the information for potential renters. . I would like to see someone at least helping her out . She is such a hard worker.

I’ve been here for 8 years & 11 months in paying my rent monthly I believe I’m untitled to my space. My lease states that 24-48 hours notice is to be given before entry, *‘Notice of intent to enter ’. Things have been stolen from my apartment by staff in the past. It’s Not too much to ask (demand) that you either inform me prior of your *’intent to enter’ or simply stay OUT of my apartment (emergency,) barring fire or flood.!!!
you could have replaced my slider and my toilet last year when I moved in! you could have painted and cleaned this place before I moved in. But mostly you could have made sure we had a manager and maintenance crew at all times! I know things will never be made right but you asked! Don't contact me about this because I am tired of the same conversation over and over and nothing changes!
Why do you continuously send notices for various things you want to enter my apartment for but never show up for? When are you going to get rid of the fallen tree that is causing more bugs than ever ? It has been there for over a month !
You all are not helping us like you said that you would do And helping people that needs help.
