I've waited over a year for my slider to be fixed for my bathroom cabinet to be installed and my balcony mold removed! Throughout the year I get monthly notices for exterminator but they have only come 4 times and then they don't even spray my whole apartment just the bathroom and kitchen! These things are NOT right!!

I love the area of the complex. Inside apartment is great. We haven't had an office manager on property for months and months. My stove has 2 burners not working. I haven't had a mailbox key since I moved in almost a year ago. My furnace filter was extremely dirty and hadn't been changed when i moved in and no one has changed it yet. Shouldn't have to rent another mailbox...especially since rent went up a $100 a month. We do have a new office lady that seems to be getting things organized.

Since there is no maintenance department things don't get fixed! Have been waiting since I moved in! If I had been given a chance to even look at the apartment before move in day I probably wouldn't have moved in.
