Eileen help me alot. She is very good at her job and helping people. To me she is a 10. At what she do and go far and beyond her job. I think her so much for her help.
Very friendly and efficient
Eileen, the manager & Jeremy, the maintenance person are both are attentive, respectful, and always willing to take care of things promptly and thoroughly. I've experienced the original owners and then the new ownership and growing pains that went with the new owners transition. Oakview Terrace has been home to me for 17 years! Thanks Eileen and Jeremy for being like family to me!
OMG! Where do I start! First .Ms Eileen is the best.im from Texas and knew it would be hard to secure a place but she worked with me her and her team BiBI and Blanca... They gave me a chance against all odds.and helped me through the process.IThe apartment u it is beautiful spacious and I am super excited .They are friendly and courteous .....I'm walking by faith and I believe God set me up with these angels for such a time as this..I have told so many here in Texas about this place in NC..We are BIG on southern hospitality... read more
Oakview Terrance is an excellent place to live. Very quiet neighborhood. Very close near by markets, restaurants and shopping stores. Management is awesome. They are there for you when needed. Every time I had an issue with maintenance they where on it and the maintenance department was there right away. I love it here and glad I choose this development as my home.
He fixed my problem promptly!!!
