Capstone properties doesn't really work with their tenants when it comes to renewing or giving second chances if you're late on the rent; however, the management office was helpful and I know she wanted to do more but couldn't. She really came through on my final balance.Ā

I feel like the user interface was very easy to understand but I wish there was more information on each apartment available and an easier way to contact someone. I'm still waiting for a response.Ā
