Oakwood Animal Hospital takes wonderful care of senior pets AND their people. We started going there because we wanted the best possible care for our senior dog, Billy, and everyone said Oakwood was the place for that. Last Sunday we lost our 12 1/2 year old Newfoundlland Ethyl. We called on Sunday hoping to get an early Monday appointment but Dr. Barkow did not even hesitate and told us to bring her right in and he would meet us at the office. He spent all the time we needed to decide her time had come and could not have been more compassionate and caring for Ethyl. Dr Martinez also was there and helped Ethyl move on peacefully. We have been Oakwood customers for decades and they always seem to exceed our expectations.

I have used Oakwood Animal Hospital for decades, and remain a great fan. They have cared for 3 generations of my cats, a few of whom have had chronic health problems. they seriously are the best clinic I've ever been too. they saved my kitties life after she ate a baby bottle nipple. Not only that, but they went above and beyond for my fur baby and my family.
