If you like to wait, can time 1/2 day off from work, or are retired and have nothing to do, well this is the place for you! After 45 minute wait past my appointment time, it was going to be another 15 minutes. I took time off from work and enough was enough. Walked out, never saw Dr Alpers, staff is all smiles telling you to have a nice day when they can clearly see I was pissed off.
