I was so impressed with the employees at Pacifica. They were so helpful. My friend, who is a resident, introduced me to [name removed]. She took me on a tour of the community and she was so informative and made me feel like I was being welcomed home.

I was in visiting one of my relatives. I really appreciated the kindness and attention all the residents received by medic techs, RA's and front desk.

Both my mom and I are extremely pleased with her move. The staff is wonderful and always greets you with a ready smile. After a recent telephone conversation with his grandmother my son called me to say that he couldn't believe the chance in attitude she's had since moving to Pacifica.

In weekly to visit. Facility is clean. Staff is very attentive to visitors and residents in facility. Speak appropriately with all residents and family members. Rave about staff especially [name removed] and how she places makeup on mom.
