Both my mom and I are extremely pleased with her move. The staff is wonderful and always greets you with a ready smile. After a recent telephone conversation with his grandmother my son called me to say that he couldn't believe the chance in attitude she's had since moving to Pacifica.

In weekly to visit. Facility is clean. Staff is very attentive to visitors and residents in facility. Speak appropriately with all residents and family members. Rave about staff especially [name removed] and how she places makeup on mom.
