Business response:
Hi Tamara - thank you for letting us know how we did. We appreciate your feedback!
Rented a unit for a year. Very clean, well maintained, easy access and a wonderful staff. Definitely recommend this facility
Ocean Storage is located very close to my daughter's school. It is the best place to store college stuff during the summer. They have reasonable prices, easily accessible and a great staff.
The building is very clean and tidy. Staff was great but it was expensive for me to rent a small unit but i guess that is expected. I was just hoping more of a military discount.
Great place. Very clean and the manager, Eric is extremely nice. I looked at public storage before I went here and it was more expensive and nowhere near as nice. I highly recommend ocean storage.
Super happy!!! It is so clean! Amy was very helpful in answering all my questions, she is a joy to work with. I love that it is temp controlled too. Parking lot is a bit small though I have never not been able to park but its something I worry about. Other than that I LOVE it!!! Plus knowing I can rent the truck is helpful and they have great carts to help you haul your stuff inside. Just can't say enough good things about it. Its the one on Northhampton Blvd in Virginia Beach.
Great facility awesome staff !!! The prices and promotions are very competitive I recommend this storage .
The facility is really clean and it smells clean as well. The office staff were pretty nice and helpful. The pricing was typical of a storage unit. They are climate controlled units which is a perk. The location is good since it's so close to a bunch of apartment buildings. The parking lot is a little small, but we didn't have a lot to store.
